"Delivering senior care packages during the holidays has become a family tradition. The smiles on our elderly neighbors' faces make every single shift unforgettable."
"The shift structure is so organized! You show up, get clear instructions immediately, and know your time is directly serving families right here in Houston."

Volunteer FAQ
What is the minimum age to volunteer?
Volunteers must be at least 12 years old. Volunteers aged 12–15 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Ages 16 and older can volunteer independently with a signed parent/guardian waiver.
Do you sign off on court-ordered or school service hours?
Yes! We sign off on school community service hours and non-violent court-ordered hours. Please notify shift leaders at check-in so your tracking sheet can be signed upon shift completion.
What should I wear to my volunteer shift?
Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or work boots) are strictly required for all warehouse shifts. We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing that you don't mind getting slightly dusty.
Are background checks required?
Standard warehouse packing shifts do not require a background check. However, volunteer roles involving direct mobile delivery to seniors or home visits do require a basic online background check.
